Pavel Korbička (screenprint)
Product detailed description
Telegraphic. You can have a unique piece of art with real artistic value in your home. The serigraph by leading contemporary light art representative Pavel Korbička is inspired by the Space of Perception exhibition from the turn of 2021 and 2022, whose visitors walked through a light labyrinthine corridor installed in the Telegraph Gallery space. The trough transformed the optical experience of the installation into this work, creating a dynamic pattern of light, broken up into regular points that create the impression of a visual shimmer on your wall.
The printing technique of serigraphy (or screen printing) consists of a process in which ink is pushed through a fine mesh onto the printing surface. The technique first appeared more than a thousand years ago in China, but gained its greatest popularity during the Pop Art period, when artists such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein made it famous. Telegraphics offer you a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the work of contemporary artists. Each print in this limited edition reflects the unique approach and personal vision of its creator. Explore the full range of telegraphics and get a piece of an inspiring world with increasing artistic value to take home with you.
